Dr. Megan Svajda-Hardy
Executive Director
Megan Svajda-Hardy has devoted her career to the fields of public policy and K-12 education. With a wealth of experience as both a teacher and an administrator, she possesses a unique perspective that enhances her contributions to education. Prior to her transition into the education sector, Megan worked in the policy arena, where she served as a government relations liaison for various state and federal organizations. She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University and is now a member of the College of Education and Human Development faculty. Her research focuses on promoting equity within K-12 policy and improving teacher preparation programs.

Dr. Phil Young
Research Analyst
Phil Young holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from Baylor University and brings over 15 years of experience in statistical analysis. He specializes in statistical pattern recognition, machine learning, and discriminant analysis, making him a valuable asset in diverse sectors including education, medical science, and business analytics. His extensive expertise enables him to tackle complex problems and deliver data-driven insights that drive informed decision-making. Passionate about leveraging statistics to create impactful solutions, Phil is dedicated to advancing the field through innovative approaches. Phil is currently on the faculty at Baylor University.
